Standalone roadmaps for each plant manager. Each document is self-contained with a glossary, project sequencing, investment rationale, and champion accountability.
How to use these
Each site roadmap can be shared directly with the site GM and leadership team. They include a glossary defining H1/H2/H3 horizons and corporate project IDs so the reader does not need the main report for context.
